Announcement release of regulated information pursuant to Law 3556/2007 - Clarifications

Public Power Corporation (PPC) S.A. announces that, pursuant to L.3556/2007 and following relevant notification received on March 21, 2018, a transfer of  79,165,114 PPC shares (namely 34.123%) by the Greek State to the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.) was completed on March 20, 2018, by law and without consideration, according to para. 20, article 380 of L. 4512/2018,  as amended para. 1 of article 197 of L. 4389/2016. 

It is noted that, following the above change, the HCAP S.A. participates directly with 34.123% in PPC's share capital and indirectly with 17% through  the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). The total voting rights of HCAPS.A.amount to 51.123%.

The Greek State owns 100% of voting rights in HCAP S.A. The total voting rights of the Greek State in PPC has not changed and remains at 51.123%
