ATHEX Market Indices
 

 

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the necessary adjustments that must be implemented to all ATHEX Market Indices regarding the forthcoming corporate action of the company PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A.  "Share capital decrease following the decrease in the par value of the shares and the capital return through distribution in kind of the shares of the newly formed company IPTO HOLDING S.A. to its shareholders".

More specifically, the shares of the company IPTO HOLDING S.A. (subject to the approval from ATHEX of the listing of the company's shares) will be inserted in the composition of all indices in which the shares of the company PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A., are currently participating, thus increasing the number of constituents in the composition of each index by one, up to the next semi-annual index review.

The listing of the company IPTO HOLDING S.A. shares in the composition of the indices will take place before the commencement of trading on the 1st trading day of the company's shares on ATHEX.

It is noted that during the next semi-annual review, in those indices that their composition results from the ranking of those securities that meet the eligibility criteria of the Ground Rules, the lowest in the rank security will be removed.
The shares of the company IPTO HOLDING S.A. will be added in the composition of the following indices:

  • ATHEX Composite Price Index
  • ATHEX Total Return Composite Price Index
  • FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap
  • FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Net Total Return
  • FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
  • FTSE/ATHEX Utilities Index
