Announcement regarding the purchase of treasury shares

ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A. would like to inform the investment community that in application of the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting dated 7.6.2016 as well as of the decision of BoD dated 22.12.2016 and pursuant to article 16 of codified law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, in its meeting dated 20 March 2017, it has proceeded through CYCLOS SECURITIES S.A. to the purchase of 101 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 13.80 euro per share, of a total value of 1,399.10 euro.

Following the above purchase, the Company owns 12,337 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 13.87 euro per share, a percentage of 2.9542% of the total shares of the Company.
