Annual briefing to analysts: Thursday March 23^rd, 2017 

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 7^th, 2017.

Year 2016 ex-dividend date: Monday June 26^th, 2017 (that is, after June 16^th, 2017 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2016 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Tuesday June 27^th, 2017 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2016 dividend: Monday July 3^rd, 2017.
