 With reference to an article in the Greek newspaper 'Deal News' dated May 19, 2017, the company AEGEAN Airlines SA informs the public that the Company is always exploring potential strategic co-operations and partnerships which could have a positive impact on its business and growth prospects in the future. In the case where, the Company enters into any such agreement relating to a strategic cooperation or a relevant business development in the future, the Company will proceed with the necessary announcements in accordance with the regulatory requirements. However, to date there is no such development.
