Term of office of the Deputy CEO

Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that the 3-year term of office of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PPC S.A., Mr. Stavros Goutsos, expired. Mr. S. Goutsos was supervising the Finance, the Human Resources & Organization and the Support Operations Divisions. The company will follow the procedures provided for by the Law and its Articles of Incorporation for his replacement.
