TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that it has been  notified by its shareholder FMR LLC that, on June 6^th  2017,  the latter's indirect interest in the voting rights of the Company fell below 5% and represents 4.98%.
