Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2016:

Wednesday, 26th of April 2017 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 27th of June 2017.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 17th of August 2017.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 18th of August 2017.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 23rd of August 2017.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
