SFAKIANAKIS SA informs the investing public in accordance with Regulation 596/2014 and Decision 3/347/2005 of the HCMC that it has been informed for the intention the following transactions:

- the shareholder Mr. Stavros Taki, President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (liable person pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014) is going to proceed to an OTC transfer (purchase) of 948,957 common registered shares of the Company (ie 11.99% of total number of shares and voting rights)

- the shareholder Mr. Athanasios Platias (liable person pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014) is going to proceed to an OTC transfer (sale) of 948,957 common registered shares of the Company (ie 11.99% of total number of shares and voting rights)

- Mr. Christian-Oliver Takis is going to acquire, by a relevant transfer agreement, 2,352,599 shares of SFAKIANAKIS HOLDINGS S.A. from Mrs. Aikaterini Sfakianaki (ie percentage of indirect participation in SFAKIANAKIS S.A. 16.46% of total number of shares and voting rights).
