ANNOUNCEMENT
Company DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA announces that, in line with the CompanyΆs Articles of Incorporation and the legislation in force, its Board of Directors (BoD) has appointed Mr Athanasios Christopoulos as the new Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD, replacing Mr Alexandros Edipidis, who resigned.
