(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Shareholder of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Paraskevas Drossinos son of Dimitrios sold: a) 67.174 common registered shares of the company with total value of euro 85,982.72,  b) 546.308 common registered shares of the company with total value of euro 699,274.24 and c) 315.000 common registered shares of the company with total value of euro 333,900.
