Athens, December 15, 2017 – Frigoglass S.A.I.C. (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014, that Mr. Nikolaos Evangelou, Chief Commercial Officer of the Company's ICM Operations (and therefore notifying person according to article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014), notified the Company that on December 14, 2017 he acquired 240,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 51,000.01.
