In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS Innovation Inc.  announces that following the Board of Director's resolution (dated November 16, 2017) the company sold 120.000 treasury shares on  November 17, 2017 with average  price 4,18 € per share and total  value 501.600€ .
