(**) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders. If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is before the expiration, on June 15th 2018, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the company's share as an underlying security.
