Announcement (Purchase of Own Shares)

The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 20, 2017:

 - through Piraeus Securities 11,800 own shares with an average price of €1.1482 per share and a total purchase price €13,548.80 and

- through NBG Securities 33,000 own shares with an average price of €1.1597 per share and a total purchase price €38,271.00.
