In the context of the correct and timely information of investors and in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, IONIKI HOTELS AND EQUIPMENT SA announces the Financial Calendar of Year 2017:

-       Announcement (Press Release) of annual financial results for the year 2016 on Friday 28 April 2017.

-       Announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2016 on Friday 28 April 2017 by posting it 
        on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange as well as on the Company's website (www.ionianhe.gr).

-       Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting  on Tuesday 20 June 2017.

-       The Board of Directors decided not to distribute  dividend for the year 2016.
