NIREUS AQUACULTURE  S.A in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11) notifies that Mrs Soultana Belle (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005, wife of Mr. Aristeidis Belles,  Chairman (Non-executive member)), sold on the 7th  of July 2017 an aggregate of 45.219 registered common shares  of total value 13.114,62 euros.
