In accordance with article 24§2(a)&(b) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 29.3.2018 in total 41.247 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 2.4.2018. As a result of the above acquisition, «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» holds today of the voting rights in “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” to 95, 01% from 94, 47% of voting rights held on 27.3.2018.
