Notification of resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company's Managing Director
EL.TECH. ANEMOS' management would like to inform the investors community, that Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the company, resigned from these offices (and only) with immediate effect, retaining the position of the Member of the Board of Directors.
EL.TECH. ANEMOS Board of Directors, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the relevant legislation, can continue to hold valid meetings, and it will notify of any change in its composition or the Members' responsibilities right after the scheduled for 18.06.2018 meeting of the Board of Directors.
