Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (the Company) informs investors that, based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 20.4.2017, 8,885 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.84 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR43,064.69.

The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “Pantelakis Securities”.

Following the above mentioned purchases, the Company today possesses 5,020,563 own shares (7.68% of the 65,368,563 shares outstanding).
