Transaction disclosure

 ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following:

 1.      The foreign company, ADAMAS GROUP LTD, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Koutras), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that, on 2/8/2017, it transferred  5,230,000 common registered with voting rights shares, issued by ELLAKTOR SA, (transfer price 1.38 € per share), as a result of its participation, by in kind contribution, in Share Capital Increase of ADAMAS SECURITIES LTD, also company controlled  by Mr. D. Koutras.

2.        The foreign company, ADAMAS SECURITIES LTD, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Koutras), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that, on 2/8/2017, it acquired 5,230,000 common registered with voting rights shares, issued by ELLAKTOR SA, (price 1.38 € per share), as a result of participation of ADAMAS GROUP LTD, by in kind contribution, in ADAMAS SECURITIES's Share Capital Increase.

The above transactions were announced in accordance with Article 13 of law 3340/2005, as in force.
