Amendment

Αthens, June 4, 2018 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (“OTE S.A.” or the “Company”) announces that:

Οn 31^st May 2018, Deutsche Telekom AG and the Hellenic Republic, notified OTE S.A. that on 30/05/2018 the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (“HRADF”, a company 100% owned by the Hellenic Republic through the Hellenic Holding and Property Company S.A.) sold and Deutsche Telekom AG acquired a 5% stake of the Company, equivalent to 24,507,520 common registered shares and their corresponding voting rights. The transaction took place through the Athens Stock Exchange for a consideration of €284,051,959.81.

Following the aforementioned sale, the direct and indirect participation of HRADF in the share capital of OTE S.A has been eliminated, while the participation of Deutsche Telekom AG in the share capital of OTE S.A. now stands at 45%, corresponding to 220,567,676 common registered shares and to equivalent voting rights of the Company. In addition, following the aforementioned sale, the Hellenic Republic now holds directly 4,901,507 common registered shares with the corresponding voting rights of the Company (i.e. 1%) and indirectly, through the Unified Social Insurance Fund (EFKA), 19.606.015 common registered shares with the equivalent voting rights of the Company (i.e. 4%).
