Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007 authorization to General Meeting

Space Hellas, hereby announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (as in force) and following relevant notification received on June 4th, 2018, from Mr. Dimitrios Manolopoulos son of Spyridon and Mr. Ioannis Manolopoulos son of Dimitrios  (liable Persons) who they hold a joint investment Account with total number of voting rights 1,041,994 (i.e 16.139%) will be represent, for the above joint investment  account, by Mrs Theofilopoulou Vasiliki at the Regular General Meeting of the company, which will be held on 5th June 2018 the above shareholders under authorization from  June 1st,  2018.

Date on which the threshold was crossed or reached: June 1st, 2018

Position of previous notifications:

  1. Dimitrios Manolopoulos son of Spyridon Number of voting rights attached to shares (Subtotal 7.A): Direct 1.958.989 voting rights or direct percentage of voting rights: 30.34% of the share capital of Space Hellas S.A.
  2. Ioannis Manolopoulos son of Dimitrios Number of voting rights attached to shares (Subtotal 7.A): Direct 1.042.922 voting rights or direct percentage of voting rights: 16,15% of the share capital of Space Hellas S.A.

Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached:

  1. Dimitrios Manolopoulos son of Spyridon Number of voting rights attached to shares (Subtotal 7.A): Direct 916.995 voting rights or direct percentage of voting rights: 14,203% of the share capital of Space Hellas S.A.
  2. Ioannis Manolopoulos son of Dimitrios Number of voting rights attached to shares (Subtotal 7.A): Direct 928 voting rights or direct percentage of voting rights: 0.014% of the share capital of Space Hellas S.A.

 

 

The above authorization to the proxy for the exercise of the voting rights of 1.041.994 i.e 16,139% is valid only for the Regular General Meeting of the Company at June 5th, 2018 and will be null and void after the Meeting.
