MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse that Mrs. Despoina Papaiordanidou, obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, as a person related (wife) to Mr. Antonios Papageorgiou, Internal Audit Manager of the company, bought, on March 30^th, 2017, 3,000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 21,300.00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
