The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Friday  May 18, 2018, bought 1.250 shares of a total value of 5.333,30€  and on Monday May 21 2018 ,bought 3.400 shares of a total value of 14.412,60€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
