Regulatory Information – Notification of acquisition of major holdings pursuant to law 3556/2007

Autohellas S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces, in accordance with the provisions of law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following relevant notification received on May 22, 2018 by Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, Vice President of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company, that Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis acquired on May 17, 2018, full ownership of the majority of shares of EU company Evertrans S.A., with registered seat in Luxemburg, due to the merger of rights of usufruct in the aforementioned shares held by his deceased father, Theodore Vassilakis, with the bare ownership of the same shares which Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis had acquired from his father in 2015 by virtue of a parental donation.

In view of the above, Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis controls indirectly (through the chain of controlled companies Evertrans S.A. and Main Stream S.A.) 7,335,240 of the voting rights which correspond to 60.06% of the Company's share capital.
