Notification for the change of composition of the Board of Directors

Autohellas SA would like to inform the public that, following the loss of the President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Theodoros Vassilakis, who passed away on the 17th of May 2018, the Board of Directors decided to temporarily continue the management and representation of the Company by its remaining members, without replacement, in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and the law. The Board of Directors was reconstituted on 22 May 2018 and appointed its executive and non-executive members, in accordance with article 3 par. 1 of Law 3016/2002, as follows:
