Paiania, May 4, 2018 - INTRACOM HOLDINGS pursuant to L. 3556/2007, as in force and following the 03/05/2018 notification by HORIZON GROWTH FUND, regarding its voting rights on INTRACOM HOLDINGS shares, announces that on 26/04/2018 the percentage of voting rights of HORIZON GROWTH FUND fell below 5,00% of the total Company's voting rights and amounted to 4,98% (that is 6.622.673 voting rights), against previous percentage 5,42% (that is 7.205.652 voting rights).
