TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 20 November 2017 the cessation of share buybacks pursuant to the buy-back programme approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of 18.04.2016 and the recommendation to the next General Meeting for cancellation of all Company treasury shares.
