«ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI SA» announces that on 06/06/2017, Mr. Polychronis Griveas is stepping down from the position of CEO of the company.  

The company would like to thank Mr. Griveas for his contribution over the past 10 years and his dedication and diligence in a wide range of corporate matters which have ensured that the company has advanced both operationally and strategically. Furthermore, Mr. Griveas' involvement in the completion of the transfer of the company's shares and the subsequent delisting process from the Athens Stock Exchange has proved invaluable.

During the forthcoming interim period, «ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI SA» is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Macdonald to the position of acting CEO. With over 20 years of successful development track record, Mr. Macdonald brings a broad range of skills and significant international resort experience acquired through leadership positions in several real estate development companies in Greece and abroad, including Ikos Development (a part-owned subsidiary of Oaktree Capital), the Libra Group, Emaar Properties and Lamda Development.
