The National Bank of Greece (the “Bank”) announces that, the non-executive member of its Board of Directors, Mr. Spyros Lorentziadis, informed the Board of Directors of his resignation for personal reasons, with effective date the 30^th of June 2017. 

The Board of Directors of the National Bank of Greece thanks Mr. Lorentziadis for his cooperation and contribution to the workings of the Board of Directors.
