KARATZIS S.A., in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, announces to the investors the Financial Calendar for the year 2017.

1) The results for the fiscal year 2016 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Sunday, 30th of April 2017.

2) The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will be held on Saturday, 17th of June 2017.

3) The results for the first half 2017 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Saturday, 30th of September 2017.

 In case the General Assembly of the shareholders decides the payment of dividend FY 2016 or in case of any other change in the Financial Calendar, the Company will promptly inform the investors with a new announcement.
