“SELECTED TEXTILES SA”, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces the following:

   Mr Grigorios Bitsikokos, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the company, (liable according to the article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 07.06.2017, in sale  of 200.000 registered common shares of the company at the price of 39.500,00 euro.
