(the "Company") announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that the company First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, acting as investment advisor and has the right to vote the shares at its own discretion for a number of its clients, none of which holds a position equal or greater of 5% of the total voting rights of the Company, notified the Company by a letter dated 9 May, 2017, that its indirect holding in the Company has fallen below 5% since 5 May, 2017. The number of voting rights of previous notification was 6.573.206.
