GEK TERNA SA informs the Investors that, following a transaction of buy-back of treasury shares, on November 13, 2017, the treasury shares held by the Company directly, exceeded the threshold of 5%.

Number of treasury shares held directly before the transaction: 5,156,472 thus percentage 4.9858% of the share capital.

Number of treasury shares held directly after the transaction: 5,173,914 thus percentage 5.0027% of the share capital.

It is noted that the number of treasury shares 583,349 thus percentage 0.5640% of the share capital, held by the subsidiary company TERNA SA as well as the number of shares 616,835 thus percentage 0.5964% of the share capital held by the subsidiary company ILIOHORA SA remains unchanged, therefore the total number of treasury shares held directly and indirectly before the transaction is 6,356,656 shares, thus a percentage of 6.1463% of the share capital.

It is reminded that the Investors have been notified by the company's announcement released on December 28, 2016 on the excess of the threshold of 5% of the treasury shares held by the Company, directly and indirectly through its subsidiaries.

Following the transaction dated November 13, 2017 the total amount of treasury shares held by the Company directly and indirectly increased to 6,374,098, thus a percentage of 6.1361% of the share capital.
