Analysts Conference Call on 2016 financial results: Thursday, 23 March 2017 (16:00 Athens time, 14:00 UK time)

Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 10 May 2017

Ex-dividend date: Wednesday, 17 May 2017

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Thursday, 18 May 2017

(The shares will trade ex-dividend prior to May 19th, 2017 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP in which the company shares participate)

Dividend payment: Tuesday, 23 May 2017
