Completion of the ownership unbundling

Following the commencement of trading of ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A. on 10.06.2017, PPC S.A. announces that the ownership unbundling of IPTO S.A. was completed today with the deposit of EUR 327,600,000 by State Grid Europe Limited for the acquisition of a percentage of 24% and of EUR 295,608,000 by P.H.C. A.D.M.I.E. (I.P.TO.)S.A.for the acquisition of the 25% of the share capital of IPTOS.A..
