The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 1, 2017:

- through BETA Securities 27,500 own shares with an average price of ¤1.075 per share and a total purchase price ¤29,560.78 and

- through Investment Bank of Greece 6,500 own shares with an average price of ¤1.068 per share and a total purchase price ¤6,942.50.
