GEK TERNA SA, according to L.3556/2007 and based on relevant notification received by the shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. on April 4, 2018,  discloses that following an OTC transaction on March 30, 2018,  REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. holds voting rights exceeding the threshold of 5%. The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. that it is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity and that it does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in GEK TERNA S.A.

Number of shares and voting rights prior to the transaction:  1,432,213  thus 1.3848% of the total voting rights of the company GEK TERNA SA. 

Number of shares and voting rights after the transaction: 9,706,076 thus 9.3848% of the total voting rights of the company GEK TERNA SA.
