In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS Innovation Inc.  announces that following the Board of Director's resolution (dated October 30, 2017) the company sold 122.000 treasury shares on  October 31, 2017 with average  price 4,25 € per share and total  value 518.500€ .
