KARATZIS S.A., in accordance with the article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, announces to the investors that the Board of Directors of the company is going to propose to the General Assembly of the shareholders the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2016, amounting to EUR 0,05 per share.

Therefore, the Financial Calendar for the year 2017 is amended as follows:

1) The ex-date for the dividend of fiscal year 2016 is Wednesday 28th of June 2017.

2) Dividend beneficiaries are the enrolled investors in DSS on Thursday, 29th of June 2017 (Record date).

3) Dividend payment date is Tuesday 4th of July 2017.

In case of any change in the Financial Calendar, the Company will promptly inform the investors with new announcement.
