Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and following relevant notification, announces that EUROLIFE ERB General Insurance S.A. bought, on June 27^th, 2017, 1,341 common bonds of the company of a total value of Euro 1,341,000.00.

The notification is disclosed because Mr. Wade Burton is a Non-Εxecutive Member of the EUROLIFE ERB General Insurance S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a Non-Executive Member of the MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. Board of Directors.
