 PPC S.A. announces:

The appointment of Dr. Ioannis Katakis to the position of the Chief Commercial Officer of the General Commercial Division as of 20/11/2017. In the past 28 years Dr. Katakis has worked in the Telecom, IT Services and Gaming  business sectors, from the positions of Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, General Commercial Director, Director of Strategy and Business Management Consultant,  in companies based in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and N. Zealand. In September 2015 he was elected inUSA, member of the Hall of Fame of the PGRI  Gaming Industry for his contributions and achievements.

Dr. Katakis holds a Ph. D in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde (UK) as well as Master and Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield (UK).

 The termination of office of Mr. George C. Angelopoulos as Chief Financial Officer on December 19, 2017,  after a service of 11 years. Mr. Angelopoulos will assume the duties of Financial Consultant  to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

 The appointment of Ms. Alexandra  Konida to the position of Chief Financial Officer as of 20.12.2017. Ms. Konida has held senior positions in PPC since September 2008 and until recently held the position of Director of the Investor Relations and Treasury Department.  She has held positions  as a senior executive   in international banking organizations and a large industrial company. Ms. Konida holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
