MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, sold, on March 17^th, 2017, 1,500 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 1,038,000.00.

On the same day Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis also bought 1,500 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 1,041,690.00.

Both of these transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
