Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2019:

Wednesday, 13th of May 2020 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Analysts' annual briefing, for the for the fiscal year 2019 financial results (conference call):

Friday, 14th of May 2020.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 7th of July 2020.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 20th of August 2020.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 21st of August 2020.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 26th of August 2020.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
