Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2017:

Wednesday, 18th of April 2018 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 3rd of July 2018.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 23rd of August 2018.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 24th of August 2018.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 29th of August 2018.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
