NIREUS AQUACULTURE  S.A in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), following relating information,  notifies that :  a) Mrs Soultana Belle related legal person with a liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, as the spouse of Aristeides Belles  (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Non-Executive Member), proceeded on July 10, 2017 to the sale of 62.248 common registered voting shares of  total net value of 18.870,59 euro and b) the company "EUROMARE INSURANCE BROKER" related legal person with  liable person pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, namely Mr. Aristeides Belles (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Non-Executive Member), proceeded on July 10, 2017 to the sale of 113.642 common registered voting shares of total net value of 34.367,86 euros.
