Minoan Lines S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2018, as follows:

-Annual Financial Information is to be published on Company's official web page: www.minoan.gr and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Friday, March 16, 2018.

-Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 14, 2018.

-Νo dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017.

The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned dates, provided that it informs promptly the investors with a new announcement under the terms of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
