LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Odisseas Athanassiou, CEO of the Company, sold Company's registered common shares, as follows:

•  On May 10, 2017 sold 19,734 Company's registered common shares with total amount of euro 96,301.92.
• On May 11, 2017, sold 5,000 Company's registered common shares with total amount of euro 24,531.
