According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.      The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 23^rd, 2017.

2.      The FY 2016 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Friday, 28^th April, 2017, and will be published on the company's website on the same day.

3.      The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2016 results will take place on Tuesday, 2^nd May, 2017, via a teleconference.

4.      The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2016.
